Sets: 8:30 and 10:00 pm January 2007 The JTBB had the distinct honour and privilege of being invited to perform at the International Association for Jazz Education Conference (IAJE) in New York. We premiered a new work by Socan Established Composer Award winner, world renowned trombonist Ian McDougall, as well as the Emerging Composer Award Winner, Toronto bassist Mike McClennan. We also performed selections from our own repertoire of original Canadian compositions.
